Sustainable change won't occur, according to Mahesh Foundation, unless members of the civil society are actively involved in the development process. We welcome and ask people to sign up for volunteer opportunities, be an active member of our organisation, and share our mission of promoting the welfare of children and their families. Every organisation relies on its volunteers since they not only hold the organization's beliefs within them but also spread the word widely, bringing attention to the cause. Through their volunteering services they impacted the lives of underprivileged children. These companies' employees contribute their resources, time, and expertise to support the foundation's initiatives, which range from providing education and healthcare to facilitating skill development and community empowerment. They have supported us from providing skill-based education to the children to volunteering during flood in North Karnataka.
